Customer Rating: Summary: Product doesn't work Comment: This thing is a piece of junk! It came with a broken coupler for the hose. I fixed that. Then it worked for about 15 minutes and quit. I found a leaking fuel line [all of this on my brand new machine] and fixed that. I have tried everything and this thing won't run. How do I send this back and get another one?

It's not an industrial size unit, but cleaning the deck or spraying down the house, it works great. It took only a few minutes to unpack and assemble. The postal service was pretty hard on the box it was shipped in, but nothing was bent or broken when I received it. Amazon provided the unit with free shipping, which is what clinched the deal for me!
