The headrest/pillow is not too comfortable but it slips off easily.

I purchased a new zero gravity, just like my husband's and will have to settle for not being able to rock. If you exceed 5'6, I would not recommend this chair. Upon receiving it, the plastic hard arm rest was cracked in shipping I suppose, I sent it back. For my vote, needs to go back to engineering and I hope they make it better, because if they did I'd try it again. But for now, don't waste your money on shipping.
