Summary: Splurge and buy a better shovel
Comment: OK, It hasn't snowed here, yet. I haven't actually used it for its intended purpose. That being said, I can already tell it won't be real efficient for real snow removal. I think it looks like a big kids sandbox shovel. The telescoping handle isn't long enough to allow the adult user to straighten up. I am glad I only wasted about $9 on this. I will look for a more substantial shovel.

Summary: Ok - emergency shovel
Comment: Not a heavy duty shovel - broke in 1/2 hr. Actually, the glue keeping the extendable arm together did not hold - I would recommend manufacturer to weld this area. Overall, for emergencies this would be a decent shovel. Very light but not as extendable as one might think.
